Located in Liberec, north of Prague, the redesigned complex houses a multitude of sports facilities. The scope of work includes:

  • Phase I, completed in 2006, is comprised of a 6000-seat Multi-Purpose Arena, central multi-use Rotunda, multipurpose gymnasiums, and accommodation of indoor sports such as squash, archery, rifle range, bowling, and support functions.

  • Detailed design for a turn-key delivery of prefabricated arena roof (68m x 115m) in Engineered Wood.

  • Concept designs of Phase II, comprising of an indoor soccer and track & field facility (with 75m x115m engineered wood roof structure), aquatic centre with Thallasso-therapy and sport medicine, hotel, athletes' accommodations, commercial, and multi-level parking.
