The design of a Master Plan for Resort Housing, is on an existing prestigious golf course with a very challenging topography, located on the outskirts of Seoul. The scope of work includes:

Design of modular townhouse units and apartments

Prepare Development Design Guidelines as an instrument for control and coordination incorporating an “Alpine/European” village architectural articulation and character

Adjust design of existing fairways to improve the layout of 72 holes and to accommodate required number of lots and housing units
Design of all housing is prepared for a turn-key delivery from BC in a modified “post & beam / 2x4” construction method featuring BC’s wood species and value added wood products.
