harvesting, recharging of subterranean aqua-flora, reshaping of site topography for sustainable drainage regulated by man-made lake, water and sewage treatment, power generation and many other innovative principles and technologies of sustainable development.

All facilities feature exposed Prefabricated Engineered Wood Structures (P.E.W.S.), designed by us for turn-key delivery from BC.
Designs of all Villas feature a new construction technology integrating load bearing engineered wood “post & beam” with reinforced
concrete slab – eliminating form work and providing “instant’ high quality interior wood finishes.
Designs of all buildings feature many BC’s value-added wood products and other sustainable technologies and equipment.
