The scope of work includes an overall Master Plan and designs for reconstruction and redevelopment of (+/-) 240,000 sq. ft. historical landmark, (9th
– 18th century). Located an hour drive south of Prague this complex of valuable historical buildings and structures will accommodate the following new programs:

“Relais et Chateaux” Luxury Hotel and Convention Facility

Museum, Gallery, Theatre and Historical Interpretive centre

Commercial and high-end market housing
Many of the
historical wood structures are deteriorated and the rehabilitation and reconstruction is utilizing BC’s wood species as well as many BC’s value added wood products.
